Terms of service

We provide a selection of rare and unique books, manuscripts and maps. All items are as described and photographed, and we aim to be as accurate as possible with descriptions of age and condition. Please contact us if you would like further information on an item before purchasing. We would be happy to provide further information, context and photographs. 

Shipping for most items is included in the price, although lower priced items, or large items may have added shipping costs. Please contact us if you have any queries.

We are a limited company based in the UK. All items are shipped from the UK. Customs are at the buyers expense and will depend on the local laws and regulations.

All older manuscripts, and other items which require documentation, have appropriate export certificates from their country of purchase. There may be a delay in arranging shipping for items which require documentation for export from the UK.
